I am passionate about empowering people to enable them to live the most fulfilled version of their life. I am a registered nurse who has always had a specialist interest in the way the mind and body link. Both my clinical and my own life experience has shown me the importance of caring for and investing in something which is actually so vital to our happy existence, and that is our mental health. Becoming a Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist was the next natural step for me; my nursing experience gives me a grounding to the complexity of human life and the roles very much complement each other. We all have our own personal struggles and issues – it is part of being human. However, how we deal with these becomes vital to how our future looks. How do you envisage your future to be? My mission is to help you look forward, take control of your life, and whilst acknowledging that those struggles have been there, enable you to move on to fulfil a positive lifestyle.
