Penelope is an award-winning, international solution-focused hypnotherapist and author. She works both online with English speaking clients from abroad and in a clinic in Oxfordshire. She specialises in anxiety, phobias and confidence issues around relationships, work and sports.

About Penelope Ling Hypnotherapy
Penelope has been working as a full-time solution-focused hypnotherapist since 2007. She studied hypnotherapy after trying to overcome a number of debilitating phobias including fear of driving. The therapies used work and she specialises in helping people to get back to driving again. In 2020 she published her book "Driving me crazy - overcome the fear of driving" on amazon.
She also performs talks to schools about exam stress and organisations about stress management and performance.
In 2021 and 22 she was awarded "Oxfordshire Hypnotherapist of the year" By the Prestige Awards for the wide variety of work she performs and the client feedback.
She continues to help people overcome their anxiety, boost their confidence and get on with life using a variety of tools which is a combination of Solution-focused therapy, CBT, NLP, Mindfulness and hypnosis.
