Jen has been working successfully with clients of all ages to help them to sleep better, reduce their anxiety and fulfil their goals, however big or small they may be in her quiet secluded clinic in rural Aughton as well as online for some time now. Utilising her background in Midwifery and Sexual Health, Jen helps many women who seek help with menopause, fertility issues, pregnancy anxiety, postnatal depression, life after children have left home and anxiety and stress caused by life as we know it to feel like themselves again. Through gentle techniques, Jen helps clients to find joy in their lives and feel like themselves again.

Training & Accreditation
I am a fully qualified Solution-focused Clinical Hypnotherapist, with a background in Midwifery (I worked in the NHS for 12 years as a registered midwife) and Sexual Health (I was also a Contraceptive and Sexual Health nurse during this time for 4 years).
I deliver my CPD on Women's Health and well-being through CPHT Bi-annually to other hypnotherapists.
I have also completed my Diploma in Medical Hypnotherapy adding to my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD).
I am also a SF Supervisor Obtaining my Diploma in SF Supervision in 2023 with CPHT.
As well as being a member of the AfSFH I am also registered with the NCH ( National Council for Hypnotherapy) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
