I am also Senior Lecturer for CPHT Surrey and offer Supervision to other therapists.

About Holly Stone Hypnotherapy
I have a specialist interest in supporting those with eating disorders and anxities associated with food (including weight management) and have studied with the National Centre for Eating Disorders and hold the Master Practitioner diploma ffor Eating Disorders & obesity support.
I recognise that a good night’s sleep provides the foundation for our overall health and wellbeing and supports any therapy. We are a sleep deprived nation which exacerbates many of our problems. I am lucky enough to have been trained by Dr David Lee ( Sleep Unlimited in their REST programme) to offer CBTi (the NICE recommended guideline for treating a sleep disorders) in conjunction with my Solution Focused Hypnotherapy practice.
