As the Mum of three children, including one with additional needs, I specialise in working with teenagers and young people including those with diagnoses such as ASD. Using practical tools and techniques based on neuroscience, I work together with my clients to strengthen their confidence, their resilience and their self esteem, empowering them to unlock their full potential at home, at school and socially. Also, as a pharmacist, I am uniquely placed to help those wanting to become less dependent on medication and regain control of their own health and wellbeing
