Hi! I am a qualified teacher and a solution focused therapist based in Clevedon. I'm dedicated to helping people of all ages feel happier, calmer and more in control of their lives. I especially love supporting children (8+), teenagers, and parents - whether it's anxiety, stress, confidence, motivation or coping with life's challenges, I would love to work with you to help you find a way forward.

Hi, I'm Katie!
I work with children and adults, helping them navigate life's ups and downs. My approach is about looking forward - helping my clients feel more in control and able to cope better with whatever struggle they are facing.
As a former teacher with 15 years experience, I understand the pressures young people face, from school worries and SEN to friendships and self esteem. I also know how tough it can be as a parent, trying to support your child while managing your own emotions. I bring both professional expertise and real-life experience to my sessions, creating a calm and supportive space where positive change can happen.
Having faced my own challenges, I know how powerful solution-focused therapy can be. It's what helped me, and now I am on a mission to share it with others.
My sessions are relaxed, practical and tailored to each individual, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer and ready to take positive steps forward.

Previous to this, I worked as a qualified Primary School teacher for 15 years.
I have a BSc Hons degree in Psychology.
I am fully insured and DBS checked.
I am a member of the AfSFH and have regular supervision and CPD.
