As a busy solo parent of two children in my 40s, I can totally relate to that feeling of overwhelm.  Life sometimes has a habit of sneaking up on us and suddenly we are left feeling anxious, overthinking everything, worrying about things that have not even happened yet and feeling like our mind has hundreds of tabs open!

I currently am based in North Essex but offer all my sessions online using Zoom-which means I can work with anyone from the comfort of your own home.  No need to worry about childcare or fitting it around work, you just need a laptop/ipad/phone and a free zoom app. That's it! Wear your comfy slippers and relax on your sofa if you want.
