I also offer an online hypnotherapy clinic supporting clients across the whole of the UK and worldwide.

About Rose & Mallinson Hypnotherapy

I have helped my clients overcome anxiety, depression, low confidence and self esteem, stress management, alcohol and drugs, exam stress, smoking cessation, irrational phobias, amongst a whole range of other issues.

Experiencing anxiety myself as a child and having had a severe phobia of spiders and heights. I experienced first hand just how debilitating this can be.

I always dreamed of being free of my phobia fears, and also being able to help others too.. I am incredibly grateful and passionate knowing hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this and much more.

I have experience working with a wide range of clients from corporate adults, teenagers and children to make positive life changes, using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Helping my clients rediscover themselves focused on moving forward with positive solutions - a combination of techniques using Psychotherapy (a form of talking therapy), NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), and Hypnosis.

Training & Accreditation

I am a fully qualified Clinical SF Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH)., a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) with an Enhanced DBS certificate (The Disclosure and Barring Service) which also allows me to support vulnerable adults and children.

I completed my training at York University with the Clifton Practice (CPHT) This school provides the gold standard in hypnotherapy training.

I am fully insured and continue to complete up to date CPDs (continued professional development) ensuring I am always up to date with the very latest techniques and current research in neuroscience.
