About Judith Charlesworth Hypnotherapy
Throughout my previous career as a bookseller I always felt that my strengths lay in working with people. I had always been interested in solution based therapies, and used the principles behind it to help myself and my family through the difficult times in life. it was a natural step to qualify and fulfil a long held wish to work as a hypnotherapist.
I feel I fulfilled my true potential rather later in life and through my own experience I truly believe it is never too late to overcome those blocks to happiness and fulfilment. life can be overwhelming but my aim is to help you overcome those difficulties and be able to cope with any of the challenges that life can bring.
I offer a free one hour initial consultation session which gives you the opportunity to explore what I do and get to know me to see if I am a good fit for you. I look forward to meeting you and working together.
