My passion is helping people, whether that's clients or therapists. I qualified as a solution focused hypnotherapist in 2007 and as a supervisor in 2012. I was honoured to be awarded the status of Fellow of the AfSFH in 2022 in recognition of my contributions to both the Association and to Solution Focused Hypnotherapy in general.

About Nicola Griffiths Hypnotherapy
I am passionate about helping people overcome anxiety, insomnia and feelings of pressure, etc. Anxiety and pressure can appear in all sorts of different symptomologies which clients may not realise are created by this form of pressure on the brain. By releasing the pressure, the changes can be incredible.
I work with sports professionals (to Olympic standards) as well as novices wanting to build confidence. I have also worked extensively over the years with business professionals, from CEO's and CFO's through to individuals setting up in self-employment as well as well-known celebrities.
Another area of work I'm passionate about is helping people overcome and/or deal with illness and pain management. Having suffered siginficant illness myself in the past, I understand the challenges and whether it's a terminal illness or an ongoing issue that someone has to live with, I believe I can help them reduce some of the stress that goes hand-in-hand with this type of adversity.

Training & Accreditation
I trained with CPHT Bristol in 2007. I was awarded the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma at that time.
Subsequently, I trained as a Supervisor and have the level 5 Supervisors Diploma.
Having worked as a hypnotherapist since 2007, I was awarded a Fellowship of the AfSFH in 2022 for my contributions to both the AfSFH and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
Over the years I have attended many Continuous Professional Development courses to keep my knowledge up to date and I attend supervision myself on a regular basis.
