We all need a little help sometimes whether we're anxious, stuggling with low mood or angry, need help to cope with OCD, resolve a phobia, stop smoking or lose weight. Maybe even just to get a good night's sleep.

Anxiety is a major factor in how we feel and perform, the quality of sleep we get and even how our body responds when recovering from illness. Reducing our anxiety levels helps to normalise our body chemistry, which in turn helps us feel better, recover more quickly and achieve what we want.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines psychotherapy with natural hypnosis and has been proven time and again to be highly effective in bringing about positive and lasting change. As a solution focused hypnotherapist I use a variety of techniques to help my clients achieve that positive change in a relatively short period of time. We focus on the present and the future rather than the problem(s) that prompted them to seek change. This means that the process can be relaxing and enjoyable, with no need to revisit painful or traumatic past memories.

We all have the ability with in us to make the change we seek. During solution focused hypnotherapy we utilise the immensely powerful and completely natural state of hypnosis to work with the mind and it's capability to change so it can work for you rather than against you. As with all change, your committment to make the change you want is required but solution focused hypnotherapy can help you do that in a positive and empowering way.

Elaine Neale is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in Falkirk and online. She achieved her Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) after training with the nationally recognised Clifton Practice (CPHT) in Edinburgh. 

Elaine is fully insured and PVG checked for working with both children and vulnerable adults and is a registered member of several professional bodies.

As well as running her hypnotherapy practice, Elaine is also Senior Lecturer with CPHT in Edinburgh and Glasgow, and an accredited Hypnotherapy Supervisor.
