Hi, I’m Hannah. I work with clients online and in person from my therapy room in Northamptonshire.  I worked in education for over a decade before deciding to change career completely and qualify as a Solution Focussed Hypnotherapist. After suffering with my own mental health over the years, especially during the post-natal period, I know first hand how the chaos of life can affect our mental health and how we can easily get derailed. Even though taking that first step can feel overwhelming, I offer a gentle, nurturing space where women and girls can feel safe, seen, and supported as they grow into the best version of who they are.
