Hi I'm Helen, a Solution Focused Therapist & Clinical Hypnotherapist. Based in Cobham, Surrey I work both in person at my private therapy space or online. Prior to training with Clifton practice I held a 15 year corporate career, I am a mum to three wonderful children (all born prematurely) and I'm wife to a military veteran so I truly do understand the juggle/struggle of balancing career, family, social life. I've had my own personal experience of mental health challenges and solution focused hypnotherapy transformed my life.
