Sallie Horner

Hello. My name is Sallie Horner and I am a qualified clinical solution focused hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. I have always enjoyed working with people and have followed various career paths within the helping profession. I felt that I could do more to help people move forward with their lives given the right tools. A friend suggested I should become a hypnotherapist after having a very positive experience with it and that was all the encouragement I needed to make that change. I have a very non-judgmental approach. Having experienced anxiety in my own life after some very stressful situations I know how difficult this can be and how hard everyday living becomes. I try and share my commitment and enthusiasm to help motivate and encourage those who I have the privilege of working with. I love people to feel relaxed and calm when they are with me so I do use humour. I try to keep things informal and hope that everyone leaves with something to think about and with a smile on their face!
