Hi, my name is Mandy and I am currently seeing clients online via Zoom and also face to face in a therapy room in Shrewsbury town centre.
I help clients to change their negative thought patterns, whilst gradually developing a feeling of being more in control of their lives again.
If you need help in reducing stress and with feeling less anxious, I can help you to manage this. I always listen with compassion and without judgement and aim to help you focus on what you want to achieve and how to move forward in your life.
