Hi, I'm Kerry! I work with people who are struggling with a mental or physical issue that means that life can feel like a daily battle. I help them to understand how their brain works so that they can take back control from negative thoughts or behaviour patterns, enabling them to reduce stress and anxiety, boost their resilience and create long lasting positive changes in their lives.

When we first met on Zoom, I felt an instant warmth to you and felt we had a good connection which I feel is really, really important when working with somebody regarding your mental health.
