I offer a full range of services relating to anxiety and depression. If you're unsure as to whether I can help you, just ask yourself one question. Is it made worse by anxiety, stress or depression? If the answer is yes, then I can help.
I use a blend of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to bring about positive long-lasting change. After all, we have one brain but two minds and if we don’t address both parts of the brain, then self-sabotage can creep in. That’s why Solution Focused Hypnotherapists deal with both.
I am a qualified solution focused hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy supervisor and occasional lecturer of solution focused hypnotherapy at CPHT Leeds. As such, clients usually feel very comfortable with me in a therapeutic environment.
I work with adults and children from the age of 8 years. I love working with children, I find it so rewarding. They usually respond quite quickly using solution focused hypnotherapy. It's the perfect approach for them because it doesn't involve raking over the past but focuses on improving their current or future situation.
We now know that working online with clients is as effective as working with them face to face. I have been seeing clients online since well before the pandemic. Clients from as far afield as Vietnam and Iraq, have been helped with a wide range of issues including weight management and stopping smoking.
