About Helen Michelle Hypnotherapy
Hi I'm Helen, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Weston Super Mare. I am a single parent to an autistic daughter, so life comes with it's challenges. A few years ago I faced some very difficult times and went to see a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, she changed my outlook so decided to study for my own qualification. I trained at the renowned Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School and qualified in April 2020. I am really passionate about the benefits of hypnotherapy and have seen such a positive difference in the clients I have worked with. I am really looking forward to working with you soon.
