I can help you focus on what is changeable and possible so that you can become a calmer, happier, more confident version of yourself. We all have the resources and strengths within us to overcome challenges and it gives me so much pleasure, every day, to see the huge difference I can make to my clients' wellbeing, enabling them to start living the lives they really want to live.
I work with a wide range of people, from children to adults of all ages, with many different issues. During your Initial Consultation, I will explain the science behind how the brain works in an easily digestible way so you will be able to understand how and why this process works so effectively. I'll then give you a free relaxation recording which will help you to relax, sleep better and reduce anxiety.
In future sessions we will focus on how you can use your strengths to achieve your personal goals. We will then use hypnosis to relax your mind and allow you to consolidate all the positive suggestions discussed during the session. While you are in your trance-like state, your mind is much more open to positive suggestion and change.
