Hypnotherapy can be incredibly effective in helping to overcome a range of issues like anxiety, insomnia and depression. I offer a safe and supportive space using a solution focused approach. There is no need to delve into the past; the sessions are positive and forward looking. Clients often comment on how relaxing and encouraging the process is, and are often surprised at how quickly they begin to make positive changes. Having used this form of therapy myself, I can honestly say it has transformed my life for the better. I see this happening with clients too, especially those who are doing the work and are fully committed to change.

Training & Accreditation

I undertook quality training at The Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training Centre (CPHT) in Peterborough, where I qualified with a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma.

I also have a Masters Degree in English and I am a qualified teacher, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.

I have been working as a clinical solution focused hypnotherapist for several years now and have a wealth of experience under my belt.

As a member of the AfSFH; I regularly attend supervision meetings and I engage in activites and training that ensure my continuing professional development.
