I am here to help with life's problems and appricate how difficult modern life can be from time to time.  Sometimes we all need a little help and support to overcome personal challenges as well as reaching our desired goals.

I worked within the corporate world for most of my career in high level, stress inducing roles, while raising 3 children.  One are of my role was training and development, which first sparked my interest in Psychology, NLP and formal Coaching. I developed and mentored young adults via a mentoring group which I personally set up, this brought a great deal of personal satisfaction. It became clear that supporting and working with people to achieve and live happier lives was my future.

I am passionate and deeply committed about what I do and feel privileged and grateful to be able to help people, as a full time and  qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.

I offer Online and Clinic Solution Focused Hypnotherapy in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
