I'm a clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, working with clients in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire. Sessions run face-to-face or online, depending on what suits you best. I see clients at El Beauty Studio in Market Deeping. Online sessions run just as effectively, via Google Meet. Every client receives a free relaxation mp3 to support their progress between sessions.

About Hawthorn Hypnotherapy
I bring years of experience in education to my hypnotherapy practice, having supported children and young people with Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties, including several years as a SEN Case Manager for various Local Authorities.
I retrained as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist after personally experiencing how life-changing this approach can be. I'm also a qualified Forest School Leader and UK Nurture Practitioner, and I bring that same understanding of how people learn, cope and grow into my work with clients today.
I now run a busy hypnotherapy practice, working with adults, supporting clients through anxiety, stress, burnout, phobias, and the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and leave with a genuine toolkit to manage their own mental well-being going forward.
My background in education and child development also shapes how I approach every session, bringing a grouded practical understanding of how people cope and grow.
