I’m a clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. I work with clients either face-to-face or online, depending on your preference. My face-to-face sessions take place in my hypnocabin – a calm, relaxing space which is set in my garden in Market Harborough. It’s a private and peaceful setting and there’s always parking available! Hypnotherapy works just as well online and for these sessions I use Google Meet. All of my services include a free download of my relaxation mp3.

About Hawthorn Hypnotherapy
I have many years' experience in education; supporting children and young people with Autism and/or Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. More recently I've spent several years as a SEN Case Manager for various Local Authorities.
Whilst working in education, I also did lots of studying, completing my degree and various other professional qualifications. I'm a Forest School Leader and a UK Nuture Practitioner.
I had a strong desire to return to helping people face-to-face and chose Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as I have personally experienced how life-changing this approach can be!
My roles in schools and Local Authorities have included a great deal of work parents and their incredible children. In my hypnotherapy practise, I help adults and children/young people from age 10.
