I'm a Registered Clinical Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist, driven to transform your life by unlocking the power of your subconscious mind.

I see clients both face-to-face at my private practice location in Clapham North, Clapham Junction & Battersea as well as online via Zoom. 

My approach is rapid, effective, and evidence-based, rewiring limiting beliefs, calming anxiety, and breaking stubborn habits to leave you feeling lighter, stronger, and back in control. 

My own transformation fuels my work. Before becoming a therapist, I was stuck in destructive patterns of behaviour. I was 25kg heavier, battling overwhelming anxiety, depression, panic attacks, substance and alcohol abuse, as well as a whole host of other problems. 

Rediscovering my childhood passions for human psychology and hypnosis was my turning point. Hypnosis rewired my mind, changed my life and set me free!
