I specialise in sleep-focused hypnotherapy, supporting individuals who feel physically exhausted but struggle to switch off mentally — often described as feeling “tired but wired.” My work is based on Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, a practical, evidence-based approach that focuses on helping you move forward, rather than analysing the past. Sessions combine clear, structured conversation with gentle hypnosis and practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life. The aim is to help your nervous system move out of a constant state of alert, allowing sleep, clarity, and emotional balance to return more naturally. Many of the people I work with are used to functioning well on the outside, but privately experience ongoing mental busyness, disrupted sleep, and the effects of sustained pressure. As sleep improves, clients often notice wider changes including clearer thinking, more stable energy, improved emotional regulation, and a greater sense of control in both work and daily life. I work collaboratively, ethically, and in line with recognised professional standards, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and in control throughout the process.
