Hi, I'm Jonathan, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I have worked as a Registered Nurse, Registered Children's Nurse and senior leader in the NHS for over 20 years. This has given me significant professional experience in building therapeutic relationships and supporting clients and their families to live happy fulfilling lives, as well as supporting teams and colleagues through journeys of acceptance, change and improvement. Now, I'm focusing my skills into facilitating individual clients, groups and teams to optimise their mental and physical wellbeing as well as improving their everyday lived experiences and live their very best lives through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, linked with the concepts learnt from improvement sciences. I believe that everyone has the ability to be their very best self and I am here to help them recognise and unlock their full potential and skills .
