About Terrie Ellis Hypnotherapy
I want to help you with those things that make our day-to-day life harder, like stress, anxiety, addictions and phobias, these make everything more difficult: weight loss, work, relationships, and menopause; the list is endless. If you feel you are not living your best life, then hypnotherapy could help.
I have been in healthcare all my adult life, either as a practitioner in the NHS or selling to healthcare in a very demanding corporate role. I have experienced the stresses and strains from managing that work-life balance when it's not all going to plan, and I bring this experience and compassion into sessions
You can choose in-person or online sessions; both are equally effective. I work at Alice & Co in Burton-on-Trent, centrally located in the areas of Derbyshire and Staffordshire. I also work online with local and global clients. The first session is a free chat, online or at the clinic. I will let you know how hypnotherapy can help you, and we can proceed from there.
