My name is Carla Marcos and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I offer hypnotherapy services to my clients using a modern psychotherapeutic approach based on the latest research in neuroscience, and the most effective psychotherapeutic techniques, to achieve long lasting results in a short space of time. I practise Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, which combines psychotherapy with hypnosis (or 'trance'). This is one of the main reasons that makes this therapeutic approach so effective. Whilst in a trance state our minds relax, and can focus on thoughts and suggestions that can be extremely beneficial for us when we are looking to improve our emotional state and make positive changes in our lives. Alongside my passion for hypnotherapy, I am also a lawyer and a qualified nurse, and have extensive experience in helping clients achieve their goals. I am highly motivated in helping my clients shift their mindset so that they can live their best life. I am also a firm believer that improving a person’s emotional state also helps improve the lives of those around them. I absolutely love to see my clients not only finding their unique balance but also becoming an example of positive change for others; their families, friends, co-workers, and ultimately an inspiration for the wider community.
