I am Tracy a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist trained at CPHT Birmingham. I have worked in the NHS as a Occupational Therapist specialising in Mental Health including Psychosis and Self Harm for over 20 years, so you are experienced hands. I love working with all common mental health issues anxiety and depression, sleep issues, compulsive behaviours and also all phobias.
