Mark Bensusan

Hi, my name is Mark Bensusan. I live in Horsham, West Sussex and I hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. ​I have always had an interest in meditation and found for myself how beneficial this can be in so many ways. This led me to an interest in how the mind works and how we can become calmer and happier by changing the way we view both ourselves and the world. Happiness really is a state of mind! This led me to look at hypnotherapy as another way of perhaps achieving similar results to meditation. I have found Solution Focused Hypnotherapy to be highly effective in helping clients, particularly with anxiety and depression. It really is amazing to see the changes clients make in a relatively short space of time.
