I am a solution focused hypnotherapist based in Skipton specialising in anxiety, stress and sleep issues and see clients both in person and online. I also incorporate some NLP techniques to help facilitate a change in the way you think and feel. I trained with The Clifton Practice and hold a diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD). I hold in-person sessions in my own private therapy room, and I also work online using Zoom.
