About Bloom Hypnotherapy

I have come to hypnotherapy through experiencing how powerful it is myself when suffering from anxiety related issues many years ago now. 
I originally trained as an osteopath and have treated thousands of people for musculoskeletal problems. What I found though that in half an hour of talking to a client, the amount of stress in peoples lives was staggering. People often didn't know how to cope, or even feel they had time to do anything about it.
When I then had my first child and experienced the power of hypnobirthing too, I knew I had to train in hypnotherapy to help spread how amazing a therapeutic tool it can be. 
Since then I have taken a particular interest in treating mothers and younger women, but have helped a broad spectrum of people with issues such as hoarding, confidence, agoraphobia, emetophobia and generalised anxiety amongst many other things.
I love teaching people ways to take back control of their own emotional health and have tools and techniques to remain in control once our sessions are over. 
Our mental health really does impact on every aspect of our lives so seeing peoples relationships improve, health recover and overall well-being blossom is just such an honour to help with.
