At times life can be hard for a variety of reasons which cause us stress, anxiety and sleeping issues to name a few, this can put additional pressure on yourself, family, friends and your work. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy assists you to use your mind in a different way to think, act and interact more positively about life’s situations thus breaking the negative cycles we form. Using the intellectual part of our brain allows us to identify solutions to our own areas of concern. I also explain the Neuroscience behind Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and why we act the way we do in life, including the power our mind has over the rest of our body. I predominantly conduct my appointments online achieving the same success as in person, working online enables my clients to feel more relaxed and at ease within the comfort of their own home. This also has the additional benefit of zero travel requirements or Covid concerns. This added flexibility allows you to choose a convenient time for your appointment, once your session is completed and you are beautifully relaxed you do not have to worry about travel home.

I undertook my training at The Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training Centre (CPHT) in Peterborough, where I qualified with a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD Level 4). Less than 20% of Hypnotherapists in the UK are accredited to this level.
I am currently studying for my Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma (AHD Level 5) of which less than 1% of qualified Hypnotherapists are accredited.
I've worked in the public sector as an investigator for over 30 years specialising in the safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children. During this time I have completed numerous relevant qualifications and worked alongside many other organisations to achieve positive outcomes.
As a member of the AfSFH, I regularly attend supervision meetings and engage in continued training to enhance and ensure my continued professional developement. Both of which are also a requirement of my organisation affiliations and insurance.
