About Happy Minds Therapy
My name is Maria and I have been a health professional for the last 20 years. I'm a registered nurse and Midwife, clinical hypnotherapist and psycotherapist and a Coach. I use Solution Focused therapy and Hypnotherapy with my clients as well as NLP. For me, no two clients are the same, so my practice is client focused therapy and coaching and always based on what the client wants to achieve and what works better for the client. The clients success is my success so I will do whatever I can to help my clients to reach their goals. I also do volunteer work for a charity who support families victims of domestic abuse and violence. My seciality is around Anxiety, Stress, Fear, PTSD, Phobias, Children and Adolescents and Weight Loss. I also like to work with families who are struggling with their children.
