Hi, I'm Lauren. I am honoured to use my knowledge and experience to help you, using a tailored combination of techniques, take positive steps forward and make lasting changes. I am passionate about health, wellbeing and have always been interested in the mind, since completing my first degree in Psychology. I have enjoyed learning ever since and have over 10 years’ experience in Nursing and Assessment, working in a variety of different healthcare settings. After therapeutic experience as a client, I wanted to add to my toolkit to be able to help others - training in Counselling and Solution Focused Psychotherapy / Hypnotherapy.
