About Harwell Hypnotherapy
I work with a truly diverse range of people with many different issues. Two particular interests of mine are adolescent mental health and the perimenopausal/menopausal stage of life. Menopause, like puberty/adolescence is a transitional phase marked by widely fluctuating hormones and often strange and disruptive symptoms. I have worked with many women who suffer from hot flushes, night sweats, low mood, anxiety, brain fog, sleep disturbances as well as the many other symptoms that plague woman during menopause. Equally I am very experienced in working with teenagers who suffer with a wide range of difficulties including eating disorders, self-esteem issues, self-harming, anger, depression, exam stress especially with A-level and GCSE students.
