Hi My names Sammy 

I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Loftus, near the North East Coast. 

I retrained as a SFH having been a registered geneal nurse for 20 years. Not only has it changed my life for the better particularly in relation to  managing my own  stress and Anxiety  but I have experienced it change other people's  lives for the better too.

I feel its a privilege to be able to work alongside clients  to assist them in  regaining control over their   anxiety, depression, and there is nothing better then seeing people  flourish in confidence, improve their self esteem and wellbeing. 

I love working with all age groups from young persons 8yrs and upwards.

We  can have our therapy sessions, via   Zoom, within the comfort of your own home, At my own home based Therapy room or a therapy  room  based in  Saltburn by the Sea where I hold sessions every Friday, the choice is yours. 

I give a free no obligation Initial consultation, where we can get to know each other, gain some information about you and what you want to achieve and how we can set about doing that, explaining this in a simple but informative way.
